Just a reminder that Tuesday, 12/31 from 3pm – 5pm is the last opportunity to file as a candidate for election to the Ozark school board. This year, there will be two candidates selected for three-year terms beginning in April. There will be more information coming very soon about the appointment process for the remaining 16 months in the term of former board member Guy Callaway. His resignation due to his move out of the district was announced at the December 19 board meeting where it was also explained that a person will be appointed by the board to fill that seat until April 2026.
