Join us tonight for our regular monthly Board meeting for the Ozark School District. The Board met in a work session earlier this month in order to discuss some recommended changes to policy, so there are several of those on the agenda for approval this evening (29 of them, to be exact!), along with some needed contract approvals – including sound system updates in the High School auditorium (we want to be able to hear all the talent our kids work so hard to develop and display there!)
There are some needed clarifications on facilities usage for students in the Student Handbooks as well. There has been a general reservation in some parts of society to clarify these issues for the two biological sexes, but with your help and a lot of perseverance, our School District is taking a stand.
There are also some budget revisions due to changes in the Federal budget, some employment approvals, and the District Reports which always give such a great view of what is happening in the various departments.
